FINCH ENDORSED BY PEF IN 123RD ASSEMBLY RACE
 

     AUBURN -- Assemblyman Gary D. Finch (R,C - Springport) was recently endorsed in his re-election bid by the New York State Public Employees Federation (PEF).

     "I am very proud to receive the PEF endorsement once again," said Finch, a member of the State Assembly since 1999. "The men and women that make up PEF do an outstanding job in making New York a better place to live and I want to sincerely thank them for their support."

     PEF represents more than 54,000 professional, scientific, and technical workers across the Empire State.

     In a letter to Finch, PEF President Kenneth Brynien wrote, "we know that you appreciate and value the work performed by public employees in your district and around the state," adding that the Auburn native "understands the needs of working men and women."

     The 123rd Assembly District includes portions of five counties - Broome, Cayuga (including all of the City of Auburn), Chenango, Cortland, and Tioga.

     Finch has been a member of the New York State Assembly since elected in 1999, and he represents the 123rd Assembly District -- which includes portions of Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Chenango, and Tioga counties.
